Quite the tall tale the big bunny is throwing together. Nothing can ward off the towering clutter like a good bunny horror story, and maybe some hot chocolate. This picture is magic, dude.
Thanks for the sweet word! Hihi… glad to can share the little worlds inside my head! I really enjoy doing these BW detailed illustrations. I love to loose myself in the process… very relaxing!
Thanks for stopping by! If you decide to draw squirrels, I would be happy to send people to your blog some Sunday! My squirrels get cranky and won't pose sometimes :-)
Help! Someone please pick me up off the floor! Honestly, this is AMAZING. I want to study all the little pen strokes and the details and the whimsy. Just when I think you've outdone yourself, you go and do it again. Emily, can you please make this one available as a print? I'd love to hang it!
My amidaration to your lovely piece. There are certainly many great thoughts and details behind! Your work show your great enthusiasm in art. Very encouraging and enlightening. I feel like playing "hide & seek here." And also having a second adobe here.
This is fantastic! Charming and amazingly detailed. It's great that you post 'close ups' and the post itself can be viewed larger, definately an image to stare at for a while to appreciate everything :)
Waaahhhhhwww! That's some gorgeous clutter. And of course the adorable bunnies and hedgie are right in the thick of things. They sure do look cozy! Wonderful stuff!

um this one took about 6 hours... from sketch to finish... its the shading and filler that takes the bulk of the time.
