Do not offer me condolences for he was not my cat to love. I merely wished to pay tribute to a black cat I am glad to have crossed paths with, and to those who loved him I hope I have not offended.
Fantastic drawing and concept. Love the line holding him up and the light lines in the back are a lovely touch. His wings are fantastic, sorta fey like.

Hehehe hahaha hohoho! This is hilarious! I love the cat's dangly feet. Brilliant as usual Emily. I am forever a fan!
I've loved one special black cat and have another who hangs around my house, who isn't mine.
So thoughtful of you Emily to remember him in a good way, through your miracle sketch:)

What a perfect tribute. Those who cross our paths can leave some mighty big foot... or paw prints.
This especially resonates with me, because your little drawing reminds me of my Joey.
