undead toys 'too'

Or as the delightful Bella puts it:
'they're not undead, just misunderstood.'
I did a second version of the undead toys, just to see how it would look in a different setting. I think the bunnies pop more in this version, but there is a quality I like in the first version too. I'm glad I did both.

I've got some wonderful projects going on at the moment. One of which is a collaboration with a really talented friend on an animated short. I'll do some updates here as the project unfolds. Oh... and yes, it will contain my bunnies.

Sweet dreams, and don't let the undead toy keep you up - after all, they just want to play.

Looks like a lot of work but the result is completely worthwhile.

Hahahahaha!! Well that was a nice surprise. :)

I really love this version! The darkness and streams of light make me think that Zoe and Dante have ventured into the attic or secret lair. Your patterns are so wonderful to get lost in. You are the pattern master! If I try to think of more than 3 different patterns, my brain gets fuddled.

Wooohoooo, animation short!

This is so cute! Definitely think it has a better effect than the first version - much more frightening.

Fantastic, really like the gator/croc.

Thank you for your kind words on my blog. I take it as a great compliment when people say my work looks "simple." As you note, it's very hard to be simple.

Like a magnificent soup, the consumer enjoys eating it, but they rarely have a clue as to how much work went into preparing it.

OOF! That lighting and those patterns are GORGEOUS! How long does a piece like this take you to do?
